Mamma Kitchen Stories — Restaurant in Kaunas

I am leaving one star because we even didnt get the chance to eat here because of the poor customer service. We came here to have a dinner, it was quite full so we kindly asked whether they have any free table and if not, what is the waiting time. We were told there is no table available. We waited besides a few minutes because there were a lot of people and potentionally, some of the tables could be available soon. We observed that there were some guys coming over, probably asking the same thing and suddenly, they prepared a table for them (!?). I came there to ask whether the table is available now and suddenly no stuff had time to answer. Absolutely rude approach and a bad impression. We are not coming back ever, we have chance to different restaurants in Kaunas and are not recommending this place for an unfriendly and anticustomer service....

Our server, Edvinas, truly elevated our experience and our server Edvinas was by far one of the best servers I have ever encountered always making sure we had everything we needed gave great recommendations on stuff and explained every dish just to make sure that's exactly what we wanted you could tell that he really knew the menu true professional Everything about our visit was top-notch, and I can't wait to return for another...

Came in here to spend a nice evening with my mom, I would call the restaurant semi-busy. We chose to sit inside as there was less people there, nonetheless the audio was so badly adjusted that the ongoing basketball game was drowning out all the conversation - very overwhelming. Secondly we had to wait for someone to take our order for so long (in the end no one came) a family dining beside us suggested that the only way to get our food is to wave down the waiters ( whom were more focused on checking how clean the wine glasses are then on the diners) me and my mother decided that waving down waiters at such establishment is a bit… So we left the restaurant without having eaten anything.
