Hashtag 12 boutique hotel — Hotel in Borneo

Very nice and decent for a trip with my girlfriends. We booked a 3 beds unit but given a Queen and a bunk bed instead. Everything is complete - the shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, hot and cold shower, shower cap and a clean space. Towel's provided too. However there were no channels on the TV, more like a USB connected media use.

Plus its very near to McD and other restaurant. You gotta try the Bakso Bike Uncle on the corner road before McD, its deliciously addicting for a late night craving! just find bunch of people sitting on the road side and eat some bakso, thats the place! Located exactly above 99 Speedmart and 7E so its convenient to grab a snacks...

Not recommended hotel. Very poor service, and room also not clean enough. Only 1 staff to do all the things, from housekeeping to front desk. Staff juga selalu hilang, dunno where she go. No sound proof. From siang to malam very noisy surrounding. Tiles is broken, walls is crack from bottom to top. Water pressure also slow, toilet leaks, got TV in room but no channel. Very poor hotel. Bad hotel. Plug is not functioning and when I asked the receptionist she just replied with "oh ya, it's not functioning". What kind of hospitality is this?
