The hotel is in a slightly shady but centrally located area. Central Kuching including the waterfront is on walking distance. We had a great time staying in Mandarin Hotel, so we chose to come back there three times. The hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms are nice, clean and airconditioned. The staff is very friendly and helps you with all your questions. The busstop for the bus to for example Bako National Park is located at a 5 min walk from the hotel. The same goes for the waterfront, other busstops and many restaurants. The hotelmanager can help you organising your trips in and around Kuching. The room was very clean and the space of the room was satisfactory. There are lot of restaurants nearby this hotel. The staff smiles and help their best to answer every questions that I asked.||The location of this hotel was strategic as lots of interesting places can be reach within walking distance.
