DON’T DO IT We booked a tour through them at 9pm the night before and expressed the hiking at Bohey Dulang as our priority. We arrived and they said there is no hiking as it rained the night before. I asked if they tell the tour companies and they said yes we told them last night. He let us book the tour even after they had notified him there was no hiking. We would have had time to do it the next day if they had said it was cancelled but instead we left very unhappy.

They also said all the equipment was provided yet they only had one set of fins!

We also got followed EVERYWHERE by the young guy from the boat. Anywhere we walked he would follow and I even got up and moved and he followed me to the next place to sit. It was very disconcerting and he couldn’t understand me when I said “please don’t follow me anymore”. I wouldn’t recommend this place - they’re after money not customer...

DON'T USE THEM for staying, boat trip and diving.

I was totally treated as Malaysian Chinese by them even they already know I'm Japanese with providing my passport photo, in their record I'm Malaysian Chinese!

I was also racist from them and they judged I'm Malaysia Chinese!

AND I was getting sensitive over safety and language barrier during the 1st boat trip, diving instructors and staff can't communicate by English properly even they keep saying my English is ok! This is NOT SAFE!

I found how can I survive during discovery scuba diving, I have no choice but to choose death during boat trips and diving even diving centre prepared diving instructor who is Scottish later the trip (too late!)

I already complained to instructors KF Lai & Adam and also Ryan but they never take note at all and they never understand what I say them I made voice up to them but their attitude is impolite to me, and these staff and travel agency including boss KC Lai start ignoring my call and what's app even urgent assistance.

而且我在第一次乘船旅行期間對安全和語言障礙變得敏感，潛水教練和工作人員即使他們一直說我的英語還可以，也無法用英語正常交流！ 這不安全！

我發現如何在發現水肺潛水期間生存，我別無選擇，只能在乘船旅行和潛水期間選擇死亡，甚至潛水中心準備的潛水教練是蘇格蘭人，後來旅行（為時已晚！）

我已經向 KF Lai 和 Adam 以及 Ryan 的教練抱怨過，但他們根本不注意，他們也不明白我說什麼我向他們發聲，但他們的態度對我很不禮貌，這些員工和旅行社包括老闆 KC Lai...

The room is nice but it is noisy everywhere (inside, because the electricity instalation, and outside the room, because the neighbourhood, better take q room without window).
