Moustachz Hauze Cafe — Hotel in George Town

Came across this small but cute café while walking around and stopped in for a quick breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was plenty of seating available. The menu offered both familiar and unique options. We tried the Shakshuka and Nasi Lemak – the Shakshuka was really tasty, with a well-balanced tomato base that wasn’t too sour, paired nicely with bread. The owner/host is a great guy. What energy this guy has; there is no matching it. He is absolutely full of happiness, and great tips for where to go and how to get there. The room has nice decor, is clean, the bathrooms are nice and clean as well, and the location of the accomodation is central which is very nice. Our room does get some mosquitos in it, but is very quiet when it comes to not hearing noise from neighbours, or the cafe downstairs. Not the cheapest place in town, but a nice option and...

This review is for the cafe attached with the same name: I grabbed a cup of coffee and a egg salad sandwich. Both the coffee and sandwich was excellent. The sandwich was incredibly fresh and tasty it consisted of soft sourdough bread, crisp lettuce, firm yet fresh tomato, and I think they somehow jamed 3 eggs in there.
