A horrible experience. Everything at this hotel was a disaster. They made us wait more than 2 hours to check in. They gave us our room and we left. When we returned to the hotel the hotel staff had taken our luggage without permission and moved us to an inferior room well below the price we paid. The new room has only 1 bedroom and they put us to sleep on the sofa! When we paid for 2 rooms! There are only towels for 1 person and they only gave us 2 access cards and we are three people. The outside facade of the building looks nice but the rooms tell a different story. We are not sure that our room was cleaned prior to our arrival as we found used towels in closets, dirty smelly stains in the bathroom and even a half-empty bottle of ice tea that must have belonged to the previous occupants. They also barely provided enough towels (just one bath towel per guest and no hand towels). After booking two accommodations more than two months ago, I received a message from the establishment 24 hours before my departure, informing me that they have a problem and apologizing for not being able to accommodate me according to my reservation.
