Crystal Suites at Eaton, KLCC — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I stayed at Crystal Suites with my family for a few days in January 2024, which unfortunately turned out to be a bad experience.||Regrettably, there was an issue with the elevator located next to our apartment, resulting in extremely loud noise within the apartment. I measured over 110 decibels in the bedroom one evening. It is, of course, the responsibility of the complex, which eventually closed the malfunctioning elevator on the third day.|I tried repeatedly to contact the host to seek assistance in resolving the issue.|The host ignored our requests, and only responded when asked about other matters, which I find extremely unprofessional.||During our stay, the host canceled our booking on booking.com, even after we had both paid and checked in. I assume this is an attempt to prevent us from writing a review here.||The apartment is decent, and the location is good with a nice rooftop pool, but I would advise against choosing Crystal Suites and opt for another provider if you plan to stay at...

Don't waste your time and nerves with this place. Reservation was done via booking way ahead and got cancelled a day before our stay. Obviously not through the booking but via WhatsApp. Host was kind enough to offer us to cancel this reservation free of charge - how wonderful he/she must be :) We have asked why but we didn't get any answers, host just read our messages and when we tried to call him/her any attempt was rejected. After sending cancellation request on booking it took him/her less than a minute to inform us that our cancellation request is accepted. At the time of writing this review our room is listed for more than twice the price we had. This place doesn’t take seriously the customers, so don’t waste your time and nerves with it.
