✨ 5-Star Experience for Wynsports by Wyndham Suites KLCC ✨

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Wynsports by Wyndham Suites KLCC, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From start to finish, everything was well-coordinated and stress-free, thanks to the amazing team — especially Lewis, our event coordinator, who ensured everything went smoothly and according to plan.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They genuinely cared about the children’s safety, which allowed us parents to relax and enjoy our time together without worries. I’m so grateful for their support throughout the event. They even had someone in charge of photography.

The outdoor area was spacious with great ventilation, and the swimming pool was clean and easily viewable from the party area, giving parents peace of mind. The indoor playground was clean, modern, and designed perfectly for young children — very safe and fun!

A big thank you to Iz Danis , Roy, Marsya, and of course Lewis — all of them were exceptionally professional, supportive, and always ready to assist. Their dedication and warmth truly made this celebration special.

27/4/2025 Wynsport by Wyndham Suites KLCC - I enjoyed the day with my family & friends here. The environment is good & cleanliness is guaranteed. The swimming pool is also ok, there is an adult area where they can accompany their children. There just needs to be baby facilities for mothers who want to breastfeed & change baby diapers because this is an attraction area for children & there are still families with babies.

Heres the point, Im not satisfied with the staff who take care of the rock climbing area named 'Ruman' or 'Rumen', a Bangladeshi. Please train or advise the staff that this is a place where children are attracted. It means that he manages his part towards children but let it be in a gentle way. Not a rough way. He put rock climbing equipment on my child's body roughly & by pushing/pulling his hands/body. I kept scolding him in a nice way & then he tried to do it gently but the wynsport management also needs to take action on this matter. It doesn't mean that my child is the only one affected. Maybe there are other people's children before or in the future and he will repeat it.

Overall, I can only give it 6 out of 10. I dont think I’ll go back again & will share the experience with my contacts if this...

This is an amazing indoor attraction that offers fun for the whole family! The playground is vibrant, spacious, and filled with exciting activities for kids, making it a perfect place for them to play and explore. The variety of slides, climbing structures, and ball pits keeps children entertained for hours.

What makes Wynsport KLCC even better is that it’s not just for kids—adults can also have a great time. Besides the playground, they also have a swimming pool, adding to the overall experience. It’s a fantastic place to bond with family while staying active and having fun.
