Stayed here from 27 December 2022 until 1 January 2023. A lot of Bangladeshis handle these properties. My brother has stayed there twice with no issue. However, THIS particular property is a hoax or at least the handlers are dishonest. They gave away this apartment or allowed the previous guests to extend despite us already booking it and offered us two apartments on different floors. I was travelling in a group of 6 with three elderly women. It was highly inconvenient. Only the location and the fact that it was holiday season made us stay on. They offered a change the next day (at our behest), couldn't wait and made me come back from Central Market to approve and one of the rooms looked like a tryst just occurred there. Didn't even bother cleaning before showing it to us. We refused it naturally. The facilities of our rooms were also deplorable. When I returned home and wanted to do a review, they changed my status to "No Show" so I couldn't write one. Very dishonest. My cousin reminded me about this review option. Tobe improved: to old sofa, (pls change w/ new one ) extra bad not the proper one (not real matras, no cover, no pillow). King bad they sad for 3 person... no sleeper. We are notice 8 person maximum was only 4 proper bad, and rest extra bad wad not proper comvain sofa and thin matras. All are Bangla crue, can't speak malay or indo.
YOU MUST CHAT DIRECTLY TO OWNER BEFORE BOOKED. WHAT REAL CONDITION INSIDE LIKE SOFA, ESPECIALLY NUMBER OF REL BAD TO MAKE SURE YUO GET AS YOU PAY.
To keep on top condition: Good welcome, honest, lobby is ok, bad room, kitchen and amenities are still ok. good location for both food and shooping.
Remember Clean, shiny, good ambience, are the top of customer choise.

Read moreI booked a room two weeks in advance. When we arrived for check-in, we had to call first, and only then did the owner/staff come. After that, the owner/staff said, "The hotel is full, and the other rooms suddenly have repair issues," even though we had booked in advance. And they didn’t inform us earlier before we arrived for check-in. (Why did we have to arrive first before they told us about this problem?)
Instead, they provided or replaced our booking with a new room at ARBA Hotel.
We booked a 4-star family apartment on Agoda. But due to the incompetence and mismanagement of Family Apartment, they gave us a replacement at ARBA Hotel, which is only rated 2 stars! (At the very least, they should have given us a room with the same 4-star rating!!!)
TERRIBLE. THE OWNER AND STAFF OF FAMILY APARTMENT ARE AWFUL....
