Really bad service. I booked for 4 nights in 4 beds rooms, and in middle of my stay they change me in another room for no reason. They moved our stuff even though they asked me to come in the middle of the day to move my things. When i moved all my belongings, then they ask me to change bed again. I asked other people and they did it 3 times to other persons staying i my room. They also checked in a person in my room at 3 AM and open all the lights even though we were all asleep. The rooms are just fine, the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, but most of the locker don’t work, the wifi never works, the bathroom are so small you cannot even bring stuff with you. There is no social life in this hostel, because they dont turn on any light. The location of the hostel is good though. But i would no recommend staying there, I had to go...

If you re just looking for a place to sleep in a central location then this is a good option.

Pros: located near Bukit Batang station, so very central and a good spot from which to explore the city. Rooms have decent beds and good air con. Price is good value.

Cons: It’s a very simple set up so if you’re looking for good communal spaces, cooking your own food and meeting people then I wouldn’t recommend this, it’s not a social hostel. The communal area downstairs is very dark and not used by guests. Things are generally low spec, but that’s to be expected with the price. Wi-Fi didn’t work until my third day there.
