It was a terrible experience and my last time ever staying at this hotel. I stayed at the loft room.
So on the first day I had just checked in, my door lock was not working. The staff casually mentioned that yes it was not working but its alright since they can't access it anyway.
I went upstairs to the bed, and the bed and pillows were really stained.
And the thing that upset me the most was an incident about the alarm. So while I was getting changed, the alarm went off at the hotel, and just like a minute later, there were staff members knocking non stop at my door. I told them to give me a minute as I was changing but they still kept knocking anyway.
When I opened the door, they asked me if everything was alright and I was like yes I'm alright, why? And they told me TO NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. The funniest thing was that - I am a NON SMOKER and I told them I do not smoke. They did not even bother to apologize or anything, just walked away while reminding me to not smoke in the room.
It was bizarre, rude and honestly left me perplexed. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life and I was being accused of smoking?
I'm never staying at this hotel again. Trust me, there are much better places than this hotel in terms of hygiene...
Read moreI couldn't recommend the Mesui Hotel more highly as a place to stay when visiting Kuala Lumpur.
My partner and I ended up booking several nights at the Mesui hotel ahead of both undergoing some small medical procedures. When my procedure became a bit larger than expected, the hotel became my home from home for approximately a month on and off whilst I recovered.
Despite me bringing all of my problems to their door, there are no words positive enough to describe how well the team at the hotel looked after me during my stay. Super efficient with any weird and wonderful requests, always really friendly, making me feel so welcome and generally just being incredible.
Beyond the brilliant service and welcoming atmosphere, the hotel itself is basic but nice, the rooms are a really good size and value whilst also being super clean and comfortable. The location is brilliant for anyone looking to be located in a central lively area of the city with lots going on, close to lots of bars, food streets, malls, and many of the excellent things that KL has to offer. For the price, it's an absolute steal.
I'll miss Erisha, Reina and the amazing team at the Mesui hotel and really look forward to visiting again the next time I find myself in...

Only 3️⃣ parking 🅿️ spots is available infront of the hotel, when I assume there were more parking space available when they said there are parking spots in front of the hotel.
It's on a first come first served basis, and I don't know if you can call 📞the hotel in advanced to reserve a parking spot. Maybe someone should give it a try.
If you could squeeze your car in, there should be 4 spots. But I don't think it's worth the risk since the inside spots are quite close to the hotel glass door.
The middle one should not be parked in case of emergency 🦺 but I see that cars parked there anyway 🤷🏻
There's more parking 🅿️ beside the hotel but causes Rm10 per entry. Another Rm15 overnight. 🤦🏻 It's too costly in my opinion.
Location:
The hotel is located beside a road, transformed from a shop lot I assumed.
Price for one night is ok, room is great too with big bathroom 🚿, I really loved the space to shower.
Other than the parking problems that I faced, it's a good hotel 🛏️
Perks:
Now they have a water dispersing machine by Coway, you can bring a bottle and fill it up instantly with hot or cold or...
