When we arrived he told us they had let our room but they would provide us with another room. We had my partners 10 year old child with us and because of this we had to take what we were given as we could not risk not finding something else.||The room we were shown was a double bed and a small fold up single bed, not the triple room suitable for 3 adults as we have paid for.||After he had left we noticed that there was no bedding on the single bed and that it was broken underneath. Someone had shoved a pillow in between the two mattresses to try and raise it up where the base was broken. This meant it was bulging and one could not lie flat on it, it was also urine stained and smelly. We rang up asking for bedding. We tried for 4 hours to get some. I have on my phone numerous texts promising bedding would be brought, I made several phone calls, again I was made promises that bedding would be brought but by 11 pm we gave up.||We could not all fit in the double bed so my partner spent a sleepless night on the two seater sofa without so much as a blanket, just a coat to cover him. He insisted that his daughter and myself should have a good nights sleep in the bed.||We paid for a triple room. The single "bed" that was provided was unusable and on the point of collapse. ||The next day they brought a tatty brown blanket, not even a nice duvet.||The bedding was stained and dirty. The room was dirty and unsafe. The electrics were scary, the wood was split and splintering. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and sharp. There was no microwave. The carpet was filthy and smelly. The stool was wonky so it nearly collapsed when I sat on it. I took dozens of photos which I intend to post.||There was graffiti on the coffee table, there were cigarette burns on the sofa and bed side table.||Lots of phone calls were made which cost a fortune from a UK mobile phone but I had no choice, yet it did no good.||I think that at the very least we should only have to pay for a double room, not a triple. The WiFi did not work and despite promises it was never fixed.||I am not happy that we were ripped off this way or that there was no effort to resolve the problems at the time. Its a shame as outside of the apartment it was great. The views were good. The security was good, the pool was great. ||Even though we made it clear we had to leave on time in the morning to catch a flight they were half an hour late bringing our deposit back (300 MYR) which were not expecting to pay at the...
Read moreCheck in with no resident desk was hit and miss. Telephone contact numbers were supplied but these are not of too much use to visitors arriving from overseas without roaming or local sim cards. Arrival late at night could be troublesome. The rooms were large and were once very well appointed. However the furniture is now somewhat threadbare and the whole apartment somewhat "tired". A good revamp could restore the rooms back to 4* status. Cleaning was perfunctory and while the cleaning might be considered acceptable there were areas that could have been cleaned far more thoroughly. The kitchen was disappointing - only a kettle and microwave with just cutlery and some dishes etc.. No hotplate or cooking facilities apart from the microwave. Pumbing was OK and hot water available after switchin on the heater. There were rooms where the internet service was unacceptable and I had to move to a room where a wifi signal could be picked up. Overall, a good location, reasonable price but a overall little disappointing. OK for business travellers looking for a...
Read moreCustomer service not to the standard for that calibre of portrayed hotel/service suites. Pics looks great ...but once u in the room it's a different story. Housekeeping are awful they have a mouth on them. There were ants in the kitchenette and other small creepy Crawlies (not too many).loved the swimming but can't use towels as we weren't part of hotel, then that meant having to use the ones from the rooms which were changed every 2 days.|| Loved the fact its connected to a mall which has a supermarket. ||We enjoyed everything else about KL but I would advice against staying here. ..don't say I didn't...
