my deep dissatisfaction with the recent stay. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by your online representations and has left me profoundly disappointed. Upon arrival at the reception area, I was taken aback to find only one table, which was a stark contrast to the images available online. The reception area did not resemble the inviting and well-furnished space depicted in the photos. The check-in process was further marred by the fact that the room, which was scheduled to be ready by 3 pm, was not available until 4.45 pm. Such a delay in readiness was inconvenient and not communicated effectively, leaving me and my party frustrated. Upon entering the suite, the condition of the furniture was shocking. Contrary to the advertised new and clean appearance, the furnishings were old, dusty, and dirty. The sofa was not only rotten but also had a sunken seat, making it unsuitable for use. I was appalled to discover that a protruding floor frame at the room's entrance was merely taped to the floor. This is a serious safety concern that should not be overlooked. Additionally, the door frame and pillars were in a state of decay, and the ceiling exhibited dirty marks from water leaks. The overall hygiene of the suite was compromised, and an unpleasant odor permeated the entire space. Even the refrigerator in the kitchen failed to function properly, and a broken water pipe next to the dishwashing area only added to the list of issues. Moreover, the kitchen utensils provided were insufficient, with only two or three forks and spoons available. Considering the significant amount I paid, over MYR800.00, I expected a clean, beautiful, and well-maintained unit for our New Year's Eve celebration. Regrettably, the reality was a far cry from my expectations. Despite these issues, my request to cancel the booking was denied, and the rental fees were charged to my...
Read moreWhen booking this place, we were given the name called 'KL Bintang Suites at Times Square' however upon arrival, google maps wasn't detecting the address or name, found it difficult to find- turns out it's called 'Excellent service suite at Times Square KL'.
Besides the fact that this 'Premier Deluxe suite' (not a hotel) is in a great area for shopping malls, there wasn't anything 'deluxe' or 'excellent' about this place. Note - images you see from their site are all deceiving.
We were promised a room which is 'non smoking' however when we entered the room there was evidently cigarette smell covered heavily with a thick scent spray. Not only that, there were cigarette trays in the room!!
There were little bugs flying around in the shower, not only that many wooden doors had some sort of stickers and cut marks which were not properly removed. The bathroom 'Designer toiletries' literally consisted of two small bottles of shampoo and a very thin soap. No other toiletries included.
Bed mattress are stained and old, can see markings through thin bed cover. Also can feel the springs when sleeping on the bed- not comfortable. Found red 'blood -like' stains and also black markings on all my bed sheets...I showed housekeeping the 'blood like' stains and asked to change the sheets immediately, they told me I had to call management to get their permission to change, how ridiculous is that! And after they changed the sheets we still found markings all over the bed sheets... not only that, some pillow cases were ripped.
Overall not a well maintained place, bad management, will never think twice to ever come...
