Omni Suites Hotel Bukit Bintang — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Location : some people wrote that it's a great location. But only if you don't mind having massage ladies bothering you, each time you go out or in. Usually, i prefer a peaceful in/out the hotel. Not available at that place.

Don't even bother find OMNI SUITES. It doesn't exist. Find Comfort inn (yellow and blue).

The door is also very hard to locate : you need to enter the Vietnamese coffee shop. The hotel reception is at the back. That tells you a lot...

Service : i happened to interact with 2 ladies. The first one who did the check-in, obviously forgot to learn basic manners about hotel reception. And it's not my first time in KL.. including BB area. If you ask me, she wants to destroy the hotel reputation (already bad). No surprise that they changed the place name. I can not even call this a hotel. But the second lady that i meet later seemed to know how a hotel staff should address to customers. Unfortunately, i already decided to cancel my booking... Because of the room state and the unprofessional behavior of the first lady.

Extremely bad service. No recommended at all. I made 35 minutes late in checking out and they charged me 10 RM in a harsh way. This is not about money but the way this lady in the receiption dealt with me is not accepted at all. This hotel has no hospitality at all. I wish they will either correct themselves or faded out...

I had booked through Rocketmiles.com and realized that this place is not what it seemed. The receptionist actually gave me a receipt of what they charged Rocketmiles and I saw that I definitely overpaid. By about 5x! I wouldn't even call this a hotel. They changed the name and the sign still had the former name. I checked...
