The Indian receptionist very rude! This hotel required customers to done online check in before collect room key from reception. By the way, this is my first time met such unreasonable check in procedure which is want me to scan a whatsapp qr code and contact an online person to get the room number and then give the room number to the receptionist to get the room key. I ask the steps of the check in procedur, the indian guys scold me loudly at the lobby and chase me out from the hotel and asking me to stand outside look at the door. Before chasing me out, he do ask me to provide room number for him, but i asked him “how do i provide room number before check in, and provide room number is your responsibility”! He do threaten me to fasten my speed to done the online check in! He even no manner and sarcasm me why i having two phones, and said “you got a big business”! Non of his business on how many phone does a customer have, seem like he want to gather private and confidential info about customer! Besides, this hotel does not provide towel which is the basic stuff that need to be provided! My friend is one of a disabled person but he do laugh at her and mock on...

upon check in the reception wasn’t at the counter and we have to call the number saying we want to check in.
during check in process, the guy tinggikan suara then ask nak apa, then we said nak check in. then the guy tinggikan suara and said hantar whatsapp dulu the booking pdf from agoda and all copy of ic and sijil kahwin must give him. fyi, i came with 4 of my girl friend. then the guy cakap kumpulkan semua barang nanti tunggu kat luar kedai, if the guy panggil masuk, baru masuk.. and not only that.. all 4 people must show our face infront of him upon check in!!!
this hotel got no lift at all, our room is at highest floor!!! room is smelly and bedsheet like never wash at all!!

Read moreVERY POOR SERVICE. RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE AT THE RECEPTION COUNTER AT ALL TIME. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST WENT EVERYWHERE ( WENT TO EAT, WENT CLEAN THE ROOM I.E. HOUSKEEPING AND ETC,.) WITHOUT ANY OTHER RECEPTIONIST PRESENT AT THE COUNTER. MY CHECK IN / CHECK OUT PROCESS IS BEING DELAYED DUE TO THIS. NEED TO CALL THE RECEPTIONIST, WAIT FOR HIM TO COME, ONLY THEN CAN PROCEED TO THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.
TO TOP IT OFF, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS BEING VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER. WE CUSTOMERS ARE BEING SCOLDED AT YELLED AT. THE RULE ABOUT CURFEW (FOR CHECK IN SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE 11PM AND THE USE OF IRON SHOULD BE BEFORE 10 AM) IS RUBBISH! THIS IS A HOTEL, NOT A SCHOOL HOSTEL?!! VERY UNPLEASANT STAY!
