Strategic location to the bustling heart of Melaka, beside Mahkota Parade. A good place to drink and chill, other than that dont order their food.

Pains me to give negative review but i had 2 udang galah (giant freshwater prawn), RM40, dont mind the price but it was with sand and it tasted like mud, okay fine maybe the prawn is not fresh (rm20 a piece) and taste mud, lets give the masak lemak soup that comes with it a go and it was like tumeric with part seasalt water with sandy grainy texture. The rice was sticky like glutinous rice. The ulam, they didnt even blanch (celur) the vegetables and serve raw.

The staff doesnt seem to be family related and no wonder because it lacks so much heart and soul and love a family run eatery can bring into their food.

All in all it was my fault, i didnt google this place as it was a last minute thing to find a quick grab. I mean the McDonalds across the street serve one of the best fries around.

Next time, do a quick google check because we live in a good time, before this, imagine our parents generation, 20 -30 years ago bringing the kids to vacation and stumbling on some good foods and some horrendous food because back then they dont have the internet to check what others are saying, there was no data to decide for ourselves, the holidays back then literally defined by the food and stays and places we go and those experience are rarely shared and only they know the whole story, grateful for the internet and will never not google a place before eating any other place.

Tolong perbaiki the food, i have a friend who deliberately eat there 3 times to give it a chance and all 3 times with different dishes...

While most of the dishes I tried were satisfying, there were a few that fell short. In particular, the kangkung dish was disappointing. The flavor lacked depth, and the dish itself seemed undercooked. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of taste and execution for certain menu items.

Despite these shortcomings, the food outlet holds promise and has the potential to be a go-to spot for casual dining. Location : Good, near tourist & local attractions. Just lack of parking spots, maybe because it was weekend & public holiday. Food : Good, delicious, asam pedas & mussels were served hot. Fast service because all foods are already cooked in advance and served in small plates individually. Mussels, asam pedas & gulai lemak will be re-heated when you order. Price : Price is worth the food, not expensive nor cheap. The price is already displayed there, make sure you check before you order. But for me, the food I had was worth the money.
