Hotel Zamburger Plaza Mahkota — Hotel in Malacca

The story was started once I booked this hotel 1 month before together with my brother and during the booking was made, I did clicked will check in on 12 pm because of I got baby twins and 1 son 2 years and half. And what will happen when you at my side.||||Second part, I came and ask the reception and what I found out is your reception was ate at behind and let the counter unintended. The most frustrated thing is she was not in break time, how i know? Because I ask her and she reply it she is not in the break time and then she speak to me very rude and tease me like im an idt waiting at the reception area.||||Third part, I waiting like an idi at the car with my baby twins son and wife to wait check in on 2pm. It doesnt matter because I have to follow the procedure and try to understand the turn over system for c/out and c/in. But the thing is, while Im check in on time at 2pm, she was informed me with arrogantly the way she speak theres no parking for guest will reserved with damn fuc** egos. I ddnt ask for parking free as a guest, I just ask whre should I drop my belongings and wait for the check in complete? You dont have to tease me and treat me like an idiot with your freaking reaction like you are working at 10 star hotel instead of no star hotel.||||Last part, after done with check in and tired to find parking in the middle of melaka city for an hour, I just need some rest and wanted to watch to tv. And I was Oh my god, It was totally ruined my holiday and I was damnly regretted for choose this hotel as my holiday place to rest because the tv arent not functioning at all, when I on the tv, the tv totally not working and I did complaint to the girl at reception and I believed that she was working on evening shift because the girl at reception who check in me and my brother are totally dffrnt girl. She was replying me that all the tv in hotel not wrking because theres problem with the signal. I informed her that the reason I complaining because I dont want you to hold my deposit as the tv arent working while I check out later.||||Please do something with this matter if you do care about your business, if not, you knw what will be happen in...

Zamburger Hotel Malacca - I check in on 28 Dec 2023 . The hotel environment was just fine, staff also friendly but there are some improvements that maybe Zamburger Hotel can consider. First, the room was good and it just nice with my deals, but no soaps and shampoo was provided. Maybe housekeeping teams did not refill them. Noisy night live around the hotel was the most downside deal for me. I had a very, very hard time getting to bed. I believe it stopped at 2 or 3 am in the morning.||Roomwise, modern design. They make use of the tiny space available for almost everything. Dressing table cum hanging towel etc. ||Pricewise, good. RM105. Major attractions all over. Walking distance to the Ship, the tower.
