Worst Service and Incomplete Order

I ordered (Order ID: 120280833) from the KFC App and paid RM58.45 for two Buy 1 Free 1 Signature Box – Classic (4 sets), one cheesy wedges, and one loaded potato bowl. However, my order arrived late and was incomplete—only 2 Signature Box sets, 1 cheesy wedges, and 1 loaded potato bowl were delivered.

I tried calling the listed number (01123479433), but it’s out of service. I also called the customer service line and waited 30 minutes without any response. This is unacceptable for a trusted brand like KFC.

Nasi lemak set for $17 with orange juice and 2 pcs of chicken. Service is friendly. You can pay with creditcard or cash in the counter. One customer spilt their cup and staff very quick in cleaning it up.
