Ar Rayyan Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Pahang

What an absolute disgrace of a service. We booked this hotel on the 12 April 2022 and had communication with the hotel about our booking once confirmed (for a May date stay!) Closer to the date we reached out to confirm our arrival time for check in, in which we received a reply and included was “we look forward to serving you”. On arrival it took 10minutes for someone to come to reception, while waiting I noticed a “full” notice and a number on the table. I didn’t make much of it as we had booked and it was confirmed on our app and through communication. We were then told the place was full and that our booking didn’t exist???? We had actually payed a very small confirmation fee back in April 12th when it was confirmed. We were basically left hanging after arguing our case. Luckily we arrived at 4pm and had chance to source another place and thanks that we didn’t arrive late at night and left potentially stranded.. such a joke, zero communication on a full booking. I'm not recommend for this hotel. I booked from Agoda for three rooms and made payment. When I reached there, the person who in charge said that I just book for one room. I showed my booking detail. And he said that is impossible that the price rm30 with one room.he wanted to cancel our booking although we had reached at the hotel. At last, he called and dint cancel our rooms. However, he said the room shouldn't be rm 30, it is so cheap. What I can say, if you dun wan to accept, please tell me early. Not when we reach there and said that u wan to cancel due to the discount. I'm booking from Agoda, I tak salah pun. They shouldn't have this kind of attitude. Some of the room dun have fan also and have smelly. Conclusion, I strongly not recommend this....

Place is right near shops and restaurants so its convenient to do shopping and eating there as well as easily enough to get to the cameron highlands. Room waas ok size and some good channels to watch on.

However place was a little hard to find and had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs and sercurity...
