Hi. I stayed at GM Moments for 5 days to visit my children who are students of Monas Uni and Sunway College.
In the first morning there was a very disturbing construction sound also with drilling sound that felt right above my head. I reported this and a male receptionist took care of this matter nicely. I also reported a problem with the bed. There was an iron spiral came out of the bed and scratched my daughter's leg.
In the third morning, the same construction and drilling sound happened again. This time a female receptionist reacted rude, she hung up my phone and when I called her back, she told me to come down instead she asked my room number and promised to call me later. When I came down, instead of listening to my words, she, a young female with short hair, kept on cutting my lines and flooded me with an ocean of her words. Even when another female staff, who wears hijab, came and told her to be quiet, she still kept on talking.
This morning when I was about to checked out, I told her a suggestion and I asked her if she knows there's such thing as google review. Instead of appologize, she again cut my lines and flooded me with her words and in the end of her looooong sentences, she told me it's fine if I write this issue on the google review. She said there will be no problem at all for her. So, here I am, writing this while waiting for my flight.
The female staff, who wears hijab, she offered me a new room, which I inspected first that the bed is good and safe, and located further from the construction. There are also 2 male staffs that was very helpfull and have good attitude and communication skill.
The hotel location is very strategic. It's important to have a good quality control in the facilities (like matress and bed), a system and communications between owners in the neighborhood (so precaution can take place regarding renovation etc) and professional staffs is the key of...

The staff was friendly and helpful. We would especially want to thank the reception staff, Mr. Syed and Ms. Chitra. Our room was a family room that could accommodate two adults and a teenager. During our stay, there was no noise or other disruption from the nearby places, as mentioned in other reviews. Our hotel was just opposite the Pyramid Mall and we could easily go and shop or dine there. We felt safe walking moving around even in late hours as the street was always busy. Wifi connection provided by the hotel was quite good. For a quick bite one could go to ABC Bistro and Seven Eleven shop on either sides of the hotel. We didn't order breakfast through the hotel as the choices were limited. We decided go directly to the Bistro. We also noticed that the other guests at the hotel were...

The hotel itself gives sense of old, especially the carpet of hallway toward room. Room is clean, but is full of engine noise 24 hours. Maybe outdoor air-conditioned engine noise.
Price using Agoda around RM 170 ( July 2025)
There are 24 Hour KFC, 7 eleven...
