D'Terrace Residences — Hotel in Jalisco

We had a fantastic stay at this Puerto Vallarta Airbnb! The modern decor, clean space, and vibrant art were captivating. The sunny windows added a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with top-notch appliances, and the bedroom was cozy and comfortable.

The location was a dream! Just a short walk through cobblestone streets led us to the charming town filled with amazing restaurants, spas, and shopping. We loved exploring the area, and the beautiful beaches were just a stone's throw away. The sunsets over the ocean were a mesmerizing spectacle, with the beaches glowing orange in the evening light.

The colorful and cheerful art throughout the Airbnb added a delightful touch to the whole experience. It felt like living in a gallery of joy and creativity. Oh and how could I almost forget the rooftop infinity pool with beautiful ocean views!?!

Additionally, the host was incredibly attentive and hospitable, making sure our stay was perfect.

We stayed in Penthouse 2 at D'Terrace and loved it. It was close to everything, and yet quiet in the evening. Most condos in the heart of downtown are often noisy, but not at D'Terrace. 100s of restaurants are within a 2-15 minute walk and several entertainment venues are nearby as well. We had a good view from our balcony, and there is a gorgeous panoramic view at the rooftop pool. The rooftop pool is also a great place to view the sunset. We saw whales every day either from our balcony or the pool area. Penthouse 2 was very well furnished; we weren't lacking for anything. We thought the balcony at Penthouse 2 was probably the best in the building because you had a good view, you were protected from afternoon sun and protected from wind that sometimes comes up in the afternoon. There is security 24/7 and we found the staff delightful. We have already booked to go back...

My 15 year old son, my husband and I stayed in D’Terrace in December for a week. The weather was perfect. Everything about our stay was fabulous. There was someone to meet us and show us to our unit, there is a front desk that everyone passes by on the way in and out. The condo is spotless, upscale and very quiet. I loved that it has 2 full bathrooms. The fridge water is filtered which was a big deal for us as we drink a ton of water. The location is fantastic. It’s across the road from the beach and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. There is a very good fitness center with an incredible view of the ocean. The rooftop pool also with a full, unobstructed view of the sea is spectacular. There is also a well maintained Peloton bike that I used every day. I give D’Terrace my highest recommendation and I hope to stay there again sometime soon. What are you waiting...
