My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Le Cèdre d'Argent and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this riad was a gem in the heart of the medina, offering a perfect traditional Moroccan charm and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ayub. From the moment we checked in, we were treated like family. He was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. He was always available to offer recommendations, help with directions, or arrange any tours and activities we desired. His warmth and genuine friendliness made us feel truly welcome.His kindness added immense value to our stay. One of the most delightful aspects of our stay was the delicious breakfasts served each morning, including fresh pastries, local jams, and traditional Moroccan dishes. This riyad is the perfect location to access the Medina. The Medina is a labyrinth of alleyways, so this riyad being on the edge of the Medina is an advantage when getting taxis. |It’s a 2 minute walk from Sidi Ahmed Tijani’s Zawiya and 4 minute walk from Kairaouine- The oldest university in the world. |The riyad has a beautiful traditional aesthetic. |The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable.|The bathroom was clean too. It had only a shower and toilet. |The breakfast was great. It consisted of breads, a different egg dish each day (omelette, pancakes, French toast), yogurt, along with freshly squeezed orange juice, Moroccan tea and coffee. |The roof top has a pleasant view of the old town.|The best of staying at this riyad was the fantastic customer service.
