Definitely the prettiest, most authentic riad in the heart of Marrakesh - a soulful sanctuary within the busy city. Its beautiful mosaic floors and utmost pretty patios (i think it was 4 patios) with endless rose patels and bespoke furniture make this place a true Moroccan luxury experience itself. My family and I enjoyed our 7-day stay with great breakfast buffet (the Moroccan crepe lady was so nice and memorized all our favourite ingredients), the cool guy at the concierge (he knows how to select the sweetest tangerines ;) and also book the best tours) and of course the lovely owners who immediately made us feel like we're part of their family and constantly exceeded all expectations by surprising us with little goodies and pastries, presents etc. - they all made our stay so unique and hard for us to leave. It's a top notch boutique riad which is way more authentic and uniquely luxurious than any hotel ressort. so even though it's quite pricey, it truly is of best value. Besides, if you are thinking about spending NYE here - this is the only place with a REAL party, offering high-end F&B and top entertainment throughout the night :) A BIENTOT, team BK!!

Read moreWe had a perfect 3 night stay here at this wonderful place. Everything was spectacular. The staff was great, attentive, friendly and courteous. Amazing service.
The courtyard is the main feature and it doesn't disappoint. Lots of different spaces where you can relax in, with a view of the courtyard.
The swimming pool was good. Not busy. It felt like a nice oasis in the city. Sunshine all day long!
The hotel is well kept. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. You can definitely tell it's a family run business.
The detail that went into restoring the property is detailed in a book in one of the chill out areas. Everything was done by hand. The level of craftsmanship is unbelievable.
The spa is also great. I had two massages during my stay and they were really good.
Breakfast was good. Nice bread, cold meat and cheeses, as well as fruit cocktail, yogurt, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. They also have a great hot food section where you can get an omelette cooked to order or they also have local Moroccan breakfast items to try.
I really loved the location. It was far enough away from the Medina, so you could come back and relax. It was a great place to get out and explore from.
The bedroom was a good size. We had our own mini courtyard area shared with another room opposite. The room was clean, has a mini bar and TV and a good sized bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and the daily service was great.
Good WiFi speed for those that need to stay connected! Speed was around 50mbps.
This ranks as one of my best hotel experiences I've had. All down to the hard work...
Read moreJust back from a week staying here after discovering it a few months back on my solo travels.
I truly think this is the best "Riad" in terms of cost/location/size and service.
We chose a small double room which was perfectly fine for myself and my wife. Each room has a fridge/ac and a TV.
Greeting on arrival as pleasant as ever with tea and biscuits, room well prepared.
The pool area, bar, library and general sitting areas are all exceptional for a Riad.
17 or so rooms seems perfect for a boutique hotel style feel while retaining a Riad style as well.
Sunbeds are always available and comfy and the pool well maintained at a nice temperature.
Staff are exceptional in terms of service and a can do attitude, every single one of them. Not once do you hear "sorry i cant do that" anything is possible (within reason !) if you just ask.
The breakfast buffet is a welcome change from the same breakfast served daily like most riads, it is varied and always good quality.
The overall ambiance of the property is perfect, quiet, serene and a pleasure to be in, rooms are also quiet for a Medina Riad. Bonus being its car accessible.
Tom and Nora are delightful hands on hosts who make you feel part of the "family".
We enjoyed our time, a restful week, with the option to dip in out of the chaos of the Medina, we thank the whole team with our hearts and hope to see you again soon.
Overall anyone choosing this "hotel" will not be...
