Riad Elite — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

I was considering whether to give this Riad 5 or 4 stars. In the end I have decided to give it four stars to be fair. A little problem is I don't have really much to compare it to, when it comes to other Riads or stay over places in Marakkech, so I don't really know what are the local standarts. I could even understand somebody giving this place a 3 star review. I will start with the negative parts, but there were not many. I am not really aware what are the hygiene standarts in Morocco, but from my perspective, the place could had been prepared a little bit better. But to be fair, the price of the stay was relatively low, so it wasn't such a big of a deal. There wasn't a mess, the beds and rooms were nicely prepared, but there were some parts, which could had been cleaned, before a guest arrives. Another thing which wasn't the best was the wifi coverage. The wifi router was in the ground floor, so in the lobby or perhaps rooms nearby the signal was great. Our room was on the opposite side and one floor above, so the signal wasn't reaching our room properly, we were getting disconnected very often on our phones, while being on our phones.|Other than this we didn't really experience any other issues and the place was great. The staff was always very helpful and nice to us. When we asked, they served us tea or coffee for free (I was asking whether we could get some tea, that I am willing to pay for it and they refused money for it). The guy who was taking care of the place was always willing to have a conversation, or paid attention to me immediately when I came to ask him something. He helped us organize our trip into the desert, gave us some tips around the town and helped us solve any problem we had. So the quality of customer service was very good and I give that 5 stars. Guys don't go there , the women named Rabia is dirty minded , having your girlfriend in your room to help get packed means for her disrespect ( she thinks we make love while we leave the door open) don't ever go to that hotel and after putting a negative review about her , she tried to threaten my girlfriend by visiting her to her house if I don't remove my review. Marrakech is a lovely place , i am having very good time so far , until i see this dirty minded sick women. And oh yeah, she also mentioned that she don't like Turkish people , so my roots are Turkish and i have traveled the whole world and i do have friends from all over the world , what i feel and think is this, if you really don't like Turkish people , i am ok with that no problem but saying this to your guest in the hotel is smart ? Or cool? Is this the way you guys welcome ? Now you have another Turkish guy which don't like you miss Rabia. Great riad. I booked this riad a bit skeptical since there were good and bad reviews. Here is a sincere one. We arrived and were nicely greeted by the manager, he showed us our room which was on three rooftop since it was the biggest room (we were 4). The AC worked great, we were given clean towels and the room was big. Everything positive up to this point. My only two complaints were that the beds weren’t very comfortable and the bathroom was small and the bath space was very limited. Location was good since most of the places in the Medina are reacher by walking. The manager recommended us various places including restaurants, money exchange and touristic places to visit. He also gave us tips on how to avoid scams which was very well considered. Breakfast time was from 8:30 to 10:30, and they kindly brought us our breakfast to the rooftop.
