My review is based on a three night stay in the 'Patio room' in which i paid a total of 150€ through booking.com.||Of the 58 items listed as 'room facilities' on booking.com the room contained just 13. This included the toilet and toilet paper, the shower, bathroom, towels and linen just to name a few. It certainly does not contain an iron or ironing facilities, hairdryer, city view, wine glasses, a stove or fridge along with many more. ||The room can NOT be locked from the inside nor the outside nor is there a door attached to the bathroom so you would want to be very friendly with the person you are staying with. ||The description of the Riad says 'after a days sightseeing, guests can enjoy complimentary mint tea and pasteries by the courtyard fountain. We arrived back at the Riad between 5pm-6pm each day to a very dark quiet place with no one around. It also suggests they have a restaurant.. not sure how that operates as there is no one there in the afternoon or evening. ||After the first night i was unhappy with the unsecured room and the ridiculous claims about what the Riad had as a pose to what they actually provide and asked the owner for a refund on the last two nights. Long story short she would only make me pay for two nights while only staying one. I wasnt happy with that as i would be 50€ out of pocket. I called booking.com and the end result is that half of my entire stay was refunded. I did give her the option to allow me to leave without anyone being out of pocket or leaving a poor review however she is now 67.50€ out of pocket and has a poor review on TA.||I could go on about how decieving and false this listing is, do yourself a favour and take your 50€ or so and find a much better place to...
Read moreAbsolutely perfect experience. Great communication with Muriel our host before our stay. Pick up to and from the airport with charming gentleman. Delightful lady, Ibitsam, who welcomed us on arrival, gave us tips and orientation, made the most delicious breakfast for us each day and looked after the Riad. The location couldn't have been better, a short walk to the main square and the Souks and next door to the ISIS spa and hamman. We could have our evening massage and be home in a minute! Ibitsam can organise taxis or trips out from the city if you wish. The Riad itself was lovely, as a group of four we each had our own bedroom, each immaculately clean and comfortable, and there were three en suites plus another loo downstairs. There were seating areas to relax in and a kitchen so that we could make ourselves snacks and cups of tea in the evening. The roof terrace was great for catching the January sun with views across to the snow capped Atlas mountains. Thank you Muriel...
Read moreFrom the moment we arrived at this stunning Riad, we knew we were in for something special. Nestled away like a well-kept secret, it’s a true hidden gem — full of charm, warmth, and comfort.||There were five of us on this trip, and every single one of us fell in love with the place. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the attention to detail throughout the Riad is exceptional. It really felt like a home away from home.||A special mention must go to Ibitissam, who took such wonderful care of us. Nothing was too much trouble — her kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile made our stay even more memorable. She is an absolute treasure, and we were so grateful for everything she did for us.||We’re already reminiscing about our stay and will be recommending this Riad to anyone heading to Marrakesh. Thank you, Muriel, for such an unforgettable experience — we can’t...
