If you find yourself in Kathmandu, Nepal, seeking top-notch accommodation in close proximity to the airport, along with access to some of the finest local cuisine—all at a reasonable cost—look no further than Hotel Dreams Connect. This hotel is particularly ideal for international travelers to Nepal. During my stay with my family from the USA, we couldn't speak highly enough about the experience.

To begin with, Hotel Dreams Connect ensures the ultimate convenience, starting with a seamless airport pickup. Upon arrival, you're warmly welcomed by well-compensated, cheerful hotel staff. The hotel is situated in a tranquil area with numerous walkable amenities. The rooms surpass those of even some of the top hotels in the US. The culinary offerings are exceptional, and the hotel provides chauffeur-driven cars around the clock.

I was particularly impressed when, pressed for time to visit Muktinath Temple, Ramesh (the owner) personally organized my itinerary. He promptly secured a robust vehicle and a driver on short notice, completing my entire trip within three days, including the daunting drive to Muktinath. The drivers, kitchen staff, cleaning crew, and front desk staff are all exceedingly polite and ready to assist at all times. Having visited Nepal numerous times, I can confidently say that this was an unparalleled experience.

Beyond the hotel's services, Ramesh proves to be a valuable resource for organizing various trips around Nepal. From booking flight tickets to arranging travel accommodations, including stays at excellent hotels across the country, helping with obtaining a SIM card, and even currency exchange—Ramesh takes care of everything. A single call to him ensures that your entire trip is managed without the need for additional calls, which is especially beneficial for foreigners who may not speak Nepali.

In conclusion, if you find yourself in Nepal, Hotel Dreams Connect is sure to exceed your...

During my stay, there was no hot water. I notified the staff the same night and asked them to fix it by the morning. However, when I tried to shower the next morning, there was still no hot water. When I informed the front desk staff about the situation, their response was, "But we haven't received that complaint from any other room; maybe the water finished yesterday night." This response was highly unprofessional.

The breakfast was below standard. The waitstaff and kitchen staff were not professional at all. They were constantly talking loudly and indulging in personal conversations about guests and orders. Discussing other guests in such a manner when we were present was very unprofessional.

Additionally, while we were having breakfast, an Indian guest ordered tea, and the staff communicated with the kitchen in a demeaning manner in the local Nepali language.

I paid a high rate for a room with a bathtub, but the tub was dirty, and without hot water, it was useless. For the price charged, I also expected amenities like body lotion in the washroom, which was not provided. The ice-making tray in the mini fridge was very dirty, and I had to wash it myself to make some ice.

When I tried to check out, the front desk staff called someone to check the room and ensure I hadn't taken anything from the minibar and that everything was in order. While I understand the need for this procedure, it should have been done discreetly. Instead, they made me wait in the lobby with my girlfriend, which was quite embarrassing and uncomfortable. When the staff member returned, he announced in the lobby that a whiskey named Old Durbar was missing from the minibar. I was astonished and said, "What?" The front desk lady then clarified that there was no Old Durbar in the minibar in the first place.

Overall, the experience was quite disappointing given the high price and the lack of basic amenities and...

I had the pleasure of staying at Dream Connect Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu, and I must say it is the best hotel I have ever experienced in Nepal. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The kitchen staff, in particular, were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request.

The owners themselves greeted us with warm hearts, making us feel truly welcome and valued. Whenever we needed assistance, they were there without hesitation. I must mention Bobby Dai, one of the most remarkable individuals I have ever met. His genuine care and hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

Dream Connect Hotel is undoubtedly the top choice for accommodation in Kathmandu. You can trust that your expectations will be exceeded. The food served at the hotel was not only delicious but also made with fresh ingredients, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Moreover, the hotel's cleanliness and comfort were impeccable. Every corner was spotless, and the rooms provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It was truly a haven to retreat to after a long day of exploring the city.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Dream Connect Hotel for anyone visiting Kathmandu. You will not be disappointed by the exceptional service, delectable food, and overall...
