So, yesterday we went in for massage + (sauna, steam and jacuzzi) package. Although, we didn't get access to jacuzzi due to maintenance and lockdown, I still feel this place deserves no less than 5 star for its customer service alone. It was extremely clean and the staff(or maybe manager, i am not so sure as i do not know him personally), mr Deepak Shrestha was extremely devoted toward customers satisfaction. Read moreVery poor service. I was booked in advance for a half day package, made to wait 45 minutes and given an unclean dingy room on the top floor, separate from the other treatment rooms. The woman who gave my facial began to throw tissues across the room into the bin thinking I was not looking. They began my pedicure by scrubbing my feet and legs with dirty unhygienic brushes and dettol soap- the brush was sharp and painful. The pedicure took place in their hallway on a bench with a bucket of water. She cut my toenails incredibly wonky- I had to fix them when I left.
