Not a very good place and the waiters are also very rude. i tried ordering food and the first thing they say is "this is gonna be too much food" let me order dude how do you know how much i can eat and the n we order an extra hot pot and the waiter goes away and another waiter comes and the y say its too much food we ask them to bring it anyways. and the guy dosent put our order down but talks about the price he said "it costs 1400 rupees" bruh i know the price. first of thats very rude as i am here to eat and am not on a budget. i also come from a very wealthy family. just take down my order aand bring it i dont see a problem with not finishing my food your gonna make money anyways. and the wait time was also exceptionally long. when other customers came they were treated better then us. this was utterly disrespectful thinking these foreigners are better than us i tell you i could buy your whole restaurant and shut it down in an instant. Ive never felt so disrespected in a restaurant. the food wasnt also as good as it use to be idk if the owner changed or you just hired the wrong employee. your staff is very bad especially the tall guy. im giving you 1 star for the level of how bad the service and...
Read moreI am absolutely disappointed by how unmatched the ambience and the food is. I love the decorations and the Tibetan theme, however the food could not be any more disappointing.
The Gyuuma was dry and overcooked instead of being soft and tender. All taste was lost due to the charring and its dryness. The big pork momo was very salty, and the distinct taste of pork meat was not there at all, masked by all the salt and onion fillings. Big chicken momo was okayish, however still a tad bit too salty. The soup for both chicken and buff wonton were delicious, the only ones among our entire order. The wonton themselves were okayish, which isn't a good thing because it did not have the taste exclusive to the wonton. The syaphale was not anything to praise either.
In all my explorations around the valley for food, this is perhaps the one that disappointed me the most, especially considering the price and its prime location, and its exclusive Tibetan theme. Definitely not...
Read moreI visited this restaurant with friends, hoping for a relaxing experience. We were warmly welcomed by the security guard, but once seated, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone taking our order, despite the place not being particularly busy. We eventually had to call a server over, but midway through placing our order, he left abruptly without hearing everything, forcing us to call another waiter back to complete it. While the food itself was good, the staff came across as unfriendly and somewhat rude. It was obvious that they were more attentive to foreign customers and larger groups, leaving us feeling ignored and unwanted.
In my view, when you pay a decent amount to dine out, you expect both good food and good service. I wanted to leave a generous tip, but after this experience, I felt completely unwelcome and disappointed. I...
