Hotel green orchid — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I arrived at Green Orchid Hotel a few days ago, early in the morning, after a long journey. Even though I was tired and arrived much earlier than check-in time, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They went out of their way to find the best available room for me and made sure the bedsheets were fresh and clean before settling me in. That kind of attention to detail made a great first impression.

The hotel is in the heart of Thamel, Kathmandu's busiest tourist area, so it's perfectly situated for exploring. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, my room was a peaceful escape. There’s no air conditioning, but the modern fan provided kept the room comfortable, which was more than enough for this time of year.

The bed was comfy, and I had a restful night after a day of wandering through Thamel’s vibrant streets. While housekeeping wasn’t done every day, the staff were always attentive when I needed something.

The rooms are good and services are okay as well. The hotel was well managed for the price. Located near the main road, it will also be feasible for you to get a public transportation. Ambience is also nice. The price that they offer is also cheaper than other competitors with same facilities. You can get good deals if you book rooms from OYO. I stayed there on my way back from Everest Base Camp Trek. I should say, Mr. Anish and Mr. Manish were great there. They helped in every query.
