Nirvana Green Peace Home — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I booked a room for two nights for the beginning of february. I exchanged emails with the owner about my arrival time which was at 10 pm in the night aswell as he reassured me that I will get picked up from the airport. After almost 40 hours of travelling I really wasnt in the mood to experience that nobody was there to pick me up. I had to negotiate with drunk taxi drivers about the price since they wanted me to pay 20 dollars for a ride I could have gotten for free. When I finally arrived at the hotel at 11 pm the whole place, and neighbourhood was DARK. Everything was closed and there was no one to get me checked in. I had paid my room in advance! Now I had to walk with my heavy luggage thru thamel to find another place for the night since the taxi driver left already! I tried to get in touch with the owner the next day and they are still ignoring my emails and the refund I asked them about! DO NOT STAY...

The owner and staff of the hotel are very helpful nirvana green peace home guest house is located in a very comfortable, convenient location. Not hard to find. It is also convenient to walk around the city center from here. A cozy place on the roof where you can sit quietly in the evening. I would also like to note the presence of a hot shower. In general, we really liked it here, the owner of the guest house is a very interesting and unusual person. I really enjoyed spending time with him, it's a shame it didn't last long. The staff is also very courteous and pleasant. Everyone speaks English. I highly recommend you visit. You won't regret it.
