This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. First of all the waiter didn't understand english, so they had to send another one. This is a very famous hostel where douzens of tourist are every day. If you want to take the order from a tourist, shouldn't you speak at least a bit english? They had to send another waiter. Second of all I was lied about the mango lassi beeing made out of fresh mangos. They made it with syrup. Then on one normal veg burger there were rests of cheese on it. Imagine my friend would have been allergic to cheese, thats so dangerous and disrespectful. Then they forgot our hot water. After we mentioned it, they brought it in dirty glasses. Oh and it wasnt even really hot tho. Our burgers also werent really hot. Oh and when you take orders from customers why u don't write it down? Of course they forgot something. As we all finished our food, our friend still hadn't got her food even after mentioning it multiple times. The waiters all blamed each other. Where is the professionalism?? We arrived at around 9PM yesterday night and the waiters were gone and we just stood there for a while with no guidance at all. Then they led us to a room, we chose two fish dishes from the menu which the waiters only let us know there’s no fish that night after we chose for long time. We asked for non-veg carbonara, and the waiter forgot again, asking us back and forth two more times, and even said at a point that maybe non-veg is not available but cannot cancel as he mistakenly jotted down the wrong order (veg carbonara). He did not apologise at all. The carbonara was horrible, nothing like carbonara. The momo was super salty and we could not finish it. Only the golden cauliflower curry was alright.
