Hotel Pauwa Pokhara — Hotel in Pokhara

My mom visited this hotel some days back. She said that was her worst experience they had comparing all her visits to pokhara. The staffs were very rude.

1. Despite of informing the hotel management that they would extend their stay, they were locked out of their rooms. When this issue was informed to the management they were very rude.
2. Though this is a bed and breakfast hotel, when they went to get the breakfast on their third morning(didn’t attend breakfast the first 2 mornings because of conference), the attendee on the buffet denied them the breakfast and said to talk to the front desk. When they went to the front desk, they were said to talk to the manager. Which hotel does this? If there was a problem couldn’t they talk among themselves and explain the situation?? Was it a government work.. that to solve the issue they had to go through levels??

The room was decent and the night staff was good but the service they got from the front desk and the morning breakfast attendee was really bad. So the service and hospitality of this hotel gets 0. Today 2025 Jan 7, I booked a return ticket from Pokhara to Bhairahawa timed 12:05 but due to the bad weather condition in Bhairahawa, the visibility was very less i.e. around 300 meters and the flight got cancelled. I contacted to the e-Sewa customer care where I had booked my ticket from and requested them for the refund. Kudos to e-Sewa for refunding my money back into my e-Sewa wallet just within around 1 hour. After I waited for more than 1 hour at the Airport primise for Sudip Bhandari dai who was supposed to come and pick me up, we both went to the Bus Stand where we booked my bus ticket scheduled at 20:15 and then we both went to Hotel Pauwa to have snacks. I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Pauwa, ideally located just around 2 km from Pokhara Airport — super convenient for travelers like me. What stood out the most was their kind hospitality and the genuinely friendly staff who always greeted us with a warm smile.
