Federal Apartments — Hotel in Waitematā

The apartment bedrooms are roomy but the lounge seems to be small in size for a three bedroom apartment. Warning ⚠️ just becarefull of the boulding manager on the ground floor on Friday the 16th May 2025, around 8pm . I was accused of damaging the roler door and he had called police . Police arived spoke to management he asked police that he wanted up out off the property that night police directed me that I must vacate with out proven evadance what I had done. After an hour had gone by over 9 police had lined up to escort me and my family off the property . If I don't leave I was going to be dragged out. So there was a stand off between me and police . And still no everdance was provided. Around midnight the police in charge had come over to me to explain that they had looked over the video footage a d found no evidence that me or any of my family had damaged the carpark roller door. I was given an apology from police for what they had put me and my family through and then around 1:30am the power was cut off and we had no power till 10am saturday morning. The manager was seemed to be drinking 🍸that night. I don't know why would you drink on your job . Not only that on the first floor a guy that live there decided to put his nose into the problem. So most of the night it has been hell. Not only that on Saturday the manager decided to peek over our court yard. Look I don't know about you lot but I will not stay there again. Unit size is good for 2-3 people. Bldg manager is very responsive. Location has pros and cons. PROS: Near to CBD, short distance walks to major bus routes, easy access to most CBD activities/events. CONS: The Auckland Mission is right beside it, and the fire alarm consistently goes off that bldg. at least 2x a week - any time of the day. The parking next to the building appears to be public parking, but it's not. I looked for any signs that the space I used was private, but couldn't find any. I then had my car towed.
