We, a couple in our thirties, stayed here while in Cusco, before our trip to Machu Picchu and after. We love staying at bed & breakfasts wherever we go and now Jesus has set the bar so high, that none of the places we will go to from now on will ever be good enough lol. I highly recommend to stay here when in Cusco!!! We booked through expedia which did not work out, as they did not forward the booking, yet Jesus made it work and accommodated us regardless in the best possible way. You are in the heart of the historic San Blas area with the tiny cute streets, old buildings, and great little cafes, restaurants, and shops. Tell the cab driver to bring you to the Plaza de San Blas, cars cannot go all the way up to the B&B, so you will have to walk two blocks up the hill to reach it. In itself not a big deal, but take your time if the altitude sickness hits you hard. I had to catch my breath after walking up every few steps on the stairs due to the altitude, but it is absolutely worth it. Better yet, arrange a car through Jesus, do not take any of the cab offers inside the airport, they charge too much. Cusco is (and felt) much safer than Lima, so you can make a deal with some of the (also official) cab ride offerers outside the airport and you will save some money. The place itself is beautiful!!! There are only a few rooms, so it feels more like at home than a hotel. We got to stay in the Peru room and in the only suite of the house on the lower level, both were amazing, especially the suite with jacuzzi and a million dollar view of Cusco from the bed!!!! Splurge if you can, it is absolutely worth it! The bed is huge and comfy and it is sooooo quiet in the suite! As other reviewers have already said, the best part of it all is Jesus, the owner. He is the absolute travel and hospitality God of Cusco with many years of experience in travel industry, and, most importantly a huge heart! He truly loves what he does and really wants his guests to have the best possible experience of Cusco and the area that he loves so much! He was amazing in helping us with advice on how to make our stay in the area better: hanks to him, we ended up changing up our itinerary to get the most of our time and see the most. He arranged an amazing private driver/tour guide for us, which allowed us to see so much more than we had hoped for, and all that tailored to our interests and time, and was amazing and much cheaper than the fixed tours offered by travel companies. So before booking any overpriced Sacred Valley tours that will only bring you to tourist trap shops, talk to Jesus! His restaurant suggestions were top notch and hit the spot! He is so attentive and warm-hearted, I feel like we have gained a friend, whom we will want to visit again some time. And he is super hands on: his breakfasts are amazing!!!! Just wow! Thank you so much, Jesus, for making our stay in Cusco so amazing! We will forever remember your hospitality and will send all our friends and family (and everyone we talk to lol) your way! Muchas gracias!!! Many greetings...
Read moreThe Guesthouse Garden San Blas, which you can compare with a 5-star hotel just more in a family atmosphere, was the most incredible experience on our trip through South America. When you get to this stylish house with a stunning overview over the whole city of Cusco you just feel free and comfortable. The different type of rooms fulfill every wish from a lot of space, a whirlpool, a big comfortable bed including TV. But its about details in this house. Everything is made with so much love. The best part about this stay was definitely the owner Jesus. He is such a nice person and makes your stay even better. With his knowledge he can recommend you a lot of things to do and even organise it to fair prices. He takes care of almost everything and is mostly around when you have some questions or want just to chat. The absolute highlight in this house was breakfast. We never ever in the whole life got such a complete and tasty breakfast, made from Jesus and his guys (we recommend the „huevos revueltos“, which he makes perfectly). The time for breakfast you can totally personalize with Jesus and he tries to make the wishes in case of food preferences true. All in all we highly recommend to stay at this place, as it meets the needs totally for a perfect...

||||Atendimento - Este é o DESTAQUE maior do hotel.
