Didnt finally stay there as an owner is a cheater. He agreed with us conditions, we came twice to this place and made a payment in advance for the room. We came back late and tired after 1 day trip - and then comedy started at the reception. They sold our room to someone else, even tough we had paid for it earlier. They said we have to take bunk beds without bathroom for 1 night for the same price and then they will move us - which would be probably another empty promise. Anyway, be aware that their word and your payment might be worth nothing as they do not care about their customers, rather their short sight interest. Please find attached pictures as a confirmation

Vine a Marlon’s por recomendación de una amiga que vino hace años atrás y fue un dato maravilloso!! Muy buena ubicación y un servicio muy amigable y cordial de todo su personal, siempre muy atentos y disponibles. El agua de la ducha salía muy bien lo cual siempre es un punto importantísimo al momento de viajar, así que fue una experiencia grata de principio a fin, además ofrecen té de coca de manera libre para sobrellevar la altura lo que se agradece enormemente. Volvería sin duda!

EXCELENTE la atención en el Hostal, Tío Marlon es un capo, nos recibió de la mejor manera. El desayuno muy bueno. Café y Té disponible a toda hora. Me quemé con el agua de la ducha. Las camas muy cómodas. Excelente ambiente. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente con los servicios turísticos que contratamos en su agencia. Marlon está constantemente preguntando si no nos falta nada. Genial todo. Desde Paraguay 🤘🏼

We Stayed at Marlon's 3 nights and booked our tours through them also. We had in our room (upstairs) had a nice hot shower and comfy bed. ||||Cusco is a cold city so I don't think there's much places with heating so be prepared with some heavy clothing.||||For tours we were really impressed for their professionality everything was explained on detail and everything promised was kept. we were originally thinking to arrange machu picchu ourselves, but their pricing for a hassle free trip was too good to pass.|||| We also did sacred valley vip trip which we can highly recommend also.||||Overall if your looking for a reliable tour operator in Cusco we can definitely recommend using Marlon's travel.||||Ps. the san piedro market is 3 minutes walk away from Marlon's and is a must a...

The rooms have a good price to quality ratio and the location is very good, with a fee laundry services a 2 minutes walk away, a big supermarket a 5 minutes walk away and Plaza de Armas also 5 minutes from Marlon's House. The staff is friendly and helpful and Marlon himself is a hero. For anything you may need, you can message him and he responds within minutes. I booked 3 tours in Nazca, Cusco and Puerto Maldonado with Marlon for a good price and he ensures that everything is arranged for you from the moment you arrive in the next city to the moment you leave.
