Miraflores Guest House — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

I was only here for 12 hours to sleep after a long flight and was straight on the road very early in the morning, so unfortunately I didn’t really get to experience the Guesthouse in its full glory but the staff were just lovely. She waited for me till I arrived late and contacted me as I got off the plane which was really a lovely touch when arriving in a brand new country. She even sat around while I went to the ATM to withdraw cash for the room. It was quiet, comfortable and served perfectly for my hot shower and peaceful sleep that I so badly needed. No complaints at all. There was also a little kitchen to make coffee and tea, or anything you like and pre-boiled water to drink so I didn’t have to go looking for water and I loathe to purchase plastic as well.

Just a note that there was no sign for the guesthouse so I was looking around and walked past it, but the lovely owner found me walking around aimlessly. So just make sure you look for the number rather than a sign with the name of the guesthouse. It’s just a...

Clean nice Guesthouse, very well located, with a nice outside space and a very clean and well equipped kitchen. Oilers are always super clean.

Downside is that it is not soundproof, so we would wake up easily at early morning with other guests slamming the doors or even just walking on the corridor.

We spent 4 nights there and after a week in Hiaraz, we returned for one day stopover in Lima. We tried to contact them to know whether we could stay there during the day, that contact was not possible.
