Inca Palace Experience — Hotel in Puno

Gustó · I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inca Palace Experience in Puno, and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked a three-night stay and opted for the three-person apartment, even though we were just two people. The slight price difference was absolutely worth it for the extra space. The apartment featured a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, separate from the sleeping area. The shower was excellent, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. What stood out the most was how quiet and tranquil the room was; we couldn’t hear any noise at all, which made for a very peaceful stay. One of the highlights of Inca Palace Experience is that it is not just a typical hotel chain. It is a family-run business by a wonderful mother and daughter duo who were incredibly nice, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine care and hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Inca Palace Experience to anyone visiting Puno. It offers a unique, personal touch that you won’t find in larger hotel chains. Fantastic airBnB. The place is very clean. All of the appliances are new and well kept, the bedroom was spacious and cozy, and the bathroom is well maintained. The host is 10/10, incredibly accommodating. We had a very early arrival, and she was happy to let us come early and wait comfortably until our room was ready at 10:00. We had a wonderful stay at the Inca Palace guesthouse. Our host was so incredibly kind and welcoming; we were so grateful that she managed to get our room ready early even though it wasn’t expected.
