An Oasis of Tranquility, Comfort, and Stunning Views in El Nido!

There's nothing quite like arriving in an unfamiliar place and instantly feeling at home. That's exactly what we experienced upon our arrival at this hotel in El Nido. Not only is the property welcoming and clean, but the staff went well beyond their duty to make us feel welcome.

From our initial greeting, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They helped us familiarize with the local attractions, providing useful and valuable insights. But what really struck us was their assistance in arranging our transport to our next hotel in Puerto Princesa. Not only did they set us up with a comfortable and safe van, but they did all this without any ridiculous surcharge or hassle. This is a service that we will not forget easily.

As for comfort, our air-conditioned room was a real haven. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in a welcoming style that immediately put us at ease. And, speaking of comfort, I must mention the efficiency of their generator system. During a blackout, the generator promptly took over, allowing us to continue enjoying the coolness of the air conditioning.

Another aspect worth noting is their internet service. The hotel's WiFi is simply excellent, with high-speed fiber connection available in all areas. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, connectivity will never be an issue.

One more delightful feature of this hotel is the stunning view of the bay from the upper floors. Gazing out at the beautiful scenery was a real treat, adding an extra touch of magic to our stay.

In summary, this hotel in El Nido is a real gem. Guys just stay away. There is nothing in this place that qualifies to be called hotel.

The location is a terrible place by a small dirty harbour where you won't be able to swim ( and this is the only thing that's not their fault).

They do not clean the room s for no reason

They do not even take out the trash. Towels and bed sheets...try not to sweat lot as you will have the same all your stay even if it's 7 days as mine

WiFi you will have from 23.30 at night till early in the morning. The rooms are terrible....worst in space.

There are rooms as I found out actually on the beach that they do the same but they don't charge you as much.

PS I NEED TO SAY THIS. the hotel staff are amazing all of them and they try to assist the best way they can under these conditions and also they have to listen complaining customers and apologising for things that are not their fault and can do nothing about them. So try not to give...

The ocation is ok, near all the action yet in quiet neighbourhood.The room was really tiny, you need to walk sideways to reach the bathroom and the window, the bed was ok in size but a bit hard, the room smelled on mold and looks warn out, there were ants on the floor crossing the room, no hot water in the shower, wifi unusable inside the room. Overall quite dissapointing for the price, there are way better options around for less or similar money. Could not recommend...
