This place is a gem, situated near end of P.Burgos St. There is no true parking space as the ramp in fron fo the building is a side walk according to the receptionist, but rest assure a cctv is mounted to keep an eye on your vehicle (I parked my scooter) and for added security, the Brgy will close the gate at the evening, accessible at the other street pass a police station. There is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep, so a little cardio workout going up,. I chose the 3rd floor a corner room, which is a bit small but given the price is still a good deal. The interior of the room is all white, with 3 LED ceiling lights located near the door, and at the bedroom. Placed to create either a slightly dim to full bright lighting. There's a mini ref, so bringing in foods and drinks are allowed. There are mugs, spoons, forks, and glasses. There is a cable tv, and the aircon is still new. Bed is comfy foam a bit sagging but still good to sleep on. Pillows are basic, bed sheet is a bit thin but sufficient (mag hug na lang or set the aircon thermostat to low). There's hot shower. No bidet provided for the water closet. You need to bring your own slippers as there is none provided. 2 towels, small bar of soap, and tissue as bathroom essentials. What's great is this residence has a covered roof deck with tables and chairs good for evening leisure or simply taking picturesque shots of the surrounding city skyline. The location is also quiet and you can request a non smoking room/ floor. Over all I give this place a 9/10. The parking and the stairs as wanting. But I'd still book a room here everytime I need a day or two of escape to the...

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a...

The hotel is conveniently located between JP Rizal and Makati Avenue, making it easily accessible by public transport. There are plenty of food choices, hangout spots, and bars along Makati Avenue for you to enjoy. Although the area is gated under the barangay, the hotel staff mentioned that there is a side access point when the gate is closed. The room was superb in terms of cleanliness and neatness, with the toilet and bathroom shining clean and spotless. The linen and towels were clean and fresh.Despite the noise from passing cars outside, I was able to sleep well. The air conditioning was effective, and a stand fan was also provided in the room for those who might find the air conditioning too cold.A few things to note: no bottled water is provided, but there is an electric kettle, drinking glasses, and mugs. They provide one bar of soap with fresh towels, but no shampoo, toothpaste, or toothbrush. This wasn’t an issue for me as I always bring my own toiletries. Additionally, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staff are friendly and courteous. Overall, the hotel is basic but secure and...

We booked the room 2 weeks prior to our check in date and specifically mentioned that we needed a ground floor room (they're all the same price), having 1 PWD. They prioritized people who booked after us for those rooms, and were only able to transfer us on our last night. Literally 5 minutes after moving our bags to the new room while transferring, I came back to pick up a salad in the fridge, and little was I surprised when I saw that someone already sneaked into the room, and partly ate my salad and there were toppings everywhere on the floor. Coming back to the new room, an unpleasant odor of indoor humidity welcomes you, as they do have windows but refuse to make them openable. If you really can't afford it, go for it but there is always hotels like the Leez Inn for the same amount with a greater service.

Alright, fellow wanderlusters! If you're hunting for a sweet spot to crash in the city, San Agustin Residences is where it's at. No joke, the place might be compact, but it's like that tiny Swiss Army knife that surprisingly does everything. Super clean? Check. Modern touches that make you feel like you're in a futuristic sleep pod? Double check. And the air conditioning? I swear it's blessed by polar bears or something, 'cause it’s icy cool perfection. And by the way…we got a sweet deal on Agoda for 856 php per night! For all you folks just passing through and needing a solid place to recharge, this is your jam. It's like the hotel version of a pocket-sized superhero. Small but packs a punch! 🛌❄️🌃 Sleep tight and stay cool, peeps!

We really enjoyed our stay here, very accommodating. Our room was clean, comfy, quiet, perfect temperature and we were welcomed by all the lovely staff here. The roof top area with a beautiful view had a great sheltered seating area to relax and they went above and beyond to make our stay here perfect as they looked after our bags all day after check out as we had a night bus to catch, they let us change and use their toilet before leaving and overall was a great place we would definitely recommend. Brill location too with everything you need near by.
