Eco Hotel Boracay — Hotel in Malay

The only good thing about this hotel is the fact it's a few minutes from the beach and they have free water. We booked this hotel for 10 days and was not informed until we paid and checked in that we would have to pay 600php (£10) to get our bed sheets changed and 300php to have our room cleaned! We paid £40 a night for this hotel (£400 in total) and had to wash our own towels/bed sheets And clean our own room. I also have no idea why the hotel is called 'eco hotel' because there is nothing eco about it. Our fan was broken and only worked on the highest setting which we could not use at night because it was way too cold and the bedside lamps are basically wind chimes so could not sleep with all the noise. The aircon would not turn on or off unless you pressed it a million times and there is no remote to control it. Theres also a dog in a cage next door that barks all through the night which we found very annoying. There was one very nice lady at reception but the rest of the staff were very rude and nobody said thank you or goodbye when we left which we found extremely rude after spending...

I went to Boracay twice last year. So for my second visit, I and my boyfriend chose to stay here. I booked this hotel because it looked really good on pictures. But when we arrived there, the room was not as good as I expected it. The floors aren't tiled, just painted (can you imagine the paint chippin' off), the AC is broken (we woke up in sweats), the bathroom hooks are loose (we tried fixing it ourselves, clearly that didn't work), the cabinets are broken too (we we had a problem where to put our clothes). It made me feel really uncomfortable. Instead of relaxing in our room, it made me worried about the things that might get broken if we use them or that the hotel might charge us whatever is ALREADY broken but remedied before we came in the room. ||Anyway, they offer rooms in reasonable prices, it's really affordable. Not that I'm demanding more than what I paid for but, I hope at least they make sure that the things in the rooms...

Very good location, with many options to eat and just 2 min walk to With Beach (one of the most beautiful in Boracay), the rooms are clean and beautiful made it woth bamboo, and they give you every morning fresh coffe to start with good mood the day.|We planned just stay 2 nights but at the end we decided to stay 4 nights because of the work team!! They were so welcome and so nice phillippine people, always helping us and they have made us feel like at home. We spend a really good time with them, and we enjoyed even more this paradise!||Summarizing I highly recomed this place to sleep,the relation quality-price is really good!!
