Poor customer service. Asking me to pay 20 pesos for a small paper bag until i saw it should only be 5. When I asked , I was told by the cashier "Ginawa ko na lang pong 10. WOW! I was appaled. On their walls are posters that say:
"WE ARE SHORT STAFFED. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE PEOPLE HERE WHO ARE WORKING.
WHATTT???
It felt like talking to a manipulator. First, you're ahort staffed, not the customer's fault. Why dont you add staff so you can serve your cuatomers right? It's plain excuses. 2nd is "Please be patient with the people here working"

We ordered Kare Kare but the alamang which is supposed to compliment and intensify the peanut sauce flavour is lacking that element, though it has a lot of meat and vegetables. The pancit lacks flavour as well. So we had to use the patis a lot of times to give more taste. While their Kolai spaghetti surely has sweet condensed milk or maybe the cheap version of ketchup you get on street food. You certainly could go somewhere else for better quality food with the money you pay.
