AVOID!!!!
This place is advertising as a 3* on Booking.com and as ‘beachfront’ when it is neither of those things. I understand for the price that it was going to be basic but this was next level. Ignore what advertised as it’s not what you’ll get. If you’re looking for EXTREME budget then this is the place for you.
Cons Extremely dirty room upon arrival including stained bedding huge gap in the door allowing bugs to enter water pressure too low to shower, and on two occasions we had no water so had to use restaurants and bars to use the toilet hard to find and down a remote alley. We arrived when it was dark and it was very hard to locate, even the locals hadn’t heard of it before (our first red flag). This was worsened by the fact that their map location advertises it as beachfront when it isn’t. After twenty - thirty minutes we located it. as above, advertising themselves as beachfront when you have to walk down two dark alleys before reaching the beach. rooms not as advertised bed EXTREMELY uncomfortable steep and dangerous stairs to rooms generally dirty corridors although the area is relatively safe, I would expect a hotel to have greater security. Anyone could walk into the hotel at any time and the door locks were inadequate and one of the locks was broken. only 1/3 plug sockets / outlets working lots of little bugs (unsure what they were but not mosquitos) around the room. very loud, could hear everything from neighbouring rooms.
Pros good air con okay WiFi
As mentioned, I understand it is budget but for a similar price you could get much better in the area. I have travelled a lot and stayed in various accommodation including budget stays and this is one of the worst...
Read moreAround a minute walk to the beach. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. the rooms are what you would normally expect from a 2star hotel. basics are provided, The facilities and rooms are well-maintained and clean, no yucky stuff. Toiletries and towels are also provided. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so if travelling with someone who is elderly or a pwd, request for a downstairs room, which only accommodates couples. the family rooms are on the second up to the fourth floor. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am daily, with limited choices of silogs. Can't complain since it's free 😊 Rhea and Jake from the front desk are awesome at their job. You can ask them recommendations for dining...
Read moreRelative to prices of accommodation in boracay, this is a hostel where you can just sleep through the night and stay out most of the day. You can leave your luggage at the front desk for storage. Typical of hostel, the room is small. The fridge is non-functional. Bathroom is just enough room for you to shower (hot/cold shower available). You need to ask for towels, toiletries, and TV remote control which were not prepared prior to our check-in. They serve breakfast (choice of silog meals/pancakes). They do not honor senior/pwd discount 👎 will file a...
