We paid 3500 pesos / night for a family room for 3 nights in room 102.||||The room is large with 2 double beds, which are very comfortable and clean. The comfort of the beds was the best feature of this hotel. There is plenty of storage space too. ||||Wifi is good and complementary when it works, but sometimes it won't connect.||||When we arrived, we were told we would have to change rooms after 1 night to the other family room (they have 2 and they are apparently both the same). This would have meant moving luggage around at 12 the next day so we showed we were not happy with this and were then allowed to stay in the room we had booked. They must be doing this quite a bit with some guests, to juggle arrivals and lengths of stays to maximise the use of both rooms. ||||The hotel is 30 seconds from the beach but not beachfront. It is right by a very noisy alley and the family rooms are on the ground floor, opening onto the alley and noisy late at night as well as very early in the morning. There is a sitting area in front of the room, but being on a small alley with constant people traffic, it's not so comfortable. There are no loungers on the beach provided by the hotel so it's a case of trying to find a shaded area to put out a towel to enjoy the beach.||||The bathroom is ok but very small, but the washbasin is in a separate cubicle that really stinks of sewage. Not one of the nicest bathrooms I have seen.||||Water was provided on the first day along with soap, but was never replenished on subsequent days. Towels were...
Read moreRoom and bathroom were very clean. They provided bath towels, wash cloths, toothbrushes, bar soap and shampoo. Shower has glass walls but was not fully enclosed. So when we used it the whole bathroom floor got wet. Linens were all white, clean and soft including the duvet. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Room decor was modern with touches of natural wood. It featured a fridge, electric kettle and an LED TV. Has a window looking out to the adjacent building. Their building was not beach front but outside their lobby was a wide alley that will lead you to the beach in less than 20 seconds. There is no elevator. They have a Cafe on the rooftop with an unobstructed view of the sea. Menu prices were average for Boracay. We brought ingredients to make a smoothie and restaurant was kind enough to blend it for us at no cost. They have a footwash outside their entrance, a washroom at the lobby and they provide umbrellas incase you checked in during the off season. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly before and during our stay. As we checked out, we were harassed by a crooked e-trike driver. The hotel manager, Ivy and her staff, went out of their way and took care of the situation and made sure we were safe and secure going to the port. Will definitely recommend and use their services...
Read moreMy stay here is quite good. The matrimonial suite is spacious, enough for two people. The bathroom is quite small though but I like that the shower has a sliding door that prevents the water from spilling over on the floor. Daily complementary water bottles are provided. There's a lot of space for storage and TV cable has good reception. Good choice for channels. Hotel staff is discreet but friendly and responds fast to requests. ||It's jut a few minutes walk to the beach. Area has a lot of dive shops and the hotel is next to a small convenience store that's reasonable priced as compared to convenience stores on the beachfront. No construction being done for now so I have no experience with the noise that other reviewers were talking about. The entrance/reception is not very impressive. It's so simple and barely even noticeable but when you get to your room, it's all worth it. There's hot and cold shower that works very well! And even two shower heads in my bathroom - one that you can take out and use all over the body and one overhead. 😊||All in all, I'm happy. I feel safe and comfortable in my room. 😊 Highly recommended. Price is very good too for where it is and how the room...
