Mito's Palace Boracay — Hotel in Malay

First, about the amenities, the building was not well maintained and clean, the fixtures were old and rusty. The TVs were very old (CRT-type) and were not functioning well. The rooms were gloomy and the lightnings were terrible. ||||Second about the service, the staffs and the manager were not in full control of the resort. At the time of our stay, there were unruly foreign guests partying in the middle of the night with loud sounds and shrieks while all the others were sound asleep. We let the staff aware that we had difficulty sleeping because of them but they themselves did not do anything to tamed them. If I was not mistaken, the manager of the place was even drinking with those party animals! This is because upon our arrival we saw her seating with those people drinking. To our dismay, we did not wait till the sun rise to find a new place to stay and we immediately vacated their resort. Though they apologized about their inefficiencies but they cannot repay the stress and the lack of sleep that incident incurred in our well-being. ||||Beware of this place....The only good about this resort is the location and that's it but there are other resorts that offers the same proximity but with full control and responsibility for...

I wish I could gife them a zero star. Here in this App also it says 2.5 star with kitchenette and room service plus other things, make sure that all were non existant in my room.|Mattress was worn and terribly u shape and couldn't sleep. Staff are not trained. Upon check on it took more than half an hour to get the key but when I arrived at the hotel, 2 staff girls were sitting and chatting but when i asked why the room is not ready because you knew we are coming today, they answered we had a late checkout (we arrived almost 10:30 PM) which was tottaly a lie as the other rooms were empty. Room smelled awful. Aircon sounds too much more than it cools the room. Toilet was dirty, staff didn't clean it and soap and shampoos and a screw was there for no reason.|Exhaust fan was faulty and sounded like a motorcycle. They gave us no towel and toiletries. Upon demanding I got them but then the room cleaning never happend during my stay. Safe box is a must as you go to swim or to other water activities but it does not exist. Toilet seat was broken. Tottaly it was a disastrous experience in this place and I still can write more about the staff and the room I had but it is a waste of time....

The location of the hotel is great.It is located in station 1 but is also near near D'Mall and station 2.Access to this hotel is an alley below Gerry's Grill which is just beside Starbucks.||||Much as i like the location and how big the room is for a super de luxe with big bed, nice white sheets and comforter, my only complaint is the low water pressure coming from the shower.A pail and dipper is on standby though to gather water coming from the faucet incase you are in a hurry to wash off suds and sand from your body.Also, if you are very delicate about cleanliness, the pail, dipper, glass sink and the glass separating the shower area covered by whitish color wch could mean that it was long neglected of cleaning that hard water had already stuck .The wall of the bathroom also needs to be cleaned or maybe repainted. I hope that management should address these issues so that we could recommend it to friends without...
