Patio Pacific Resort Boracay — Hotel in Malay

Good place to stay while in Boracay. I love the smell of the room we booked. The bed is just right, the linen they used on the bedding, blankets, and pillow cases were so comfortable I had a great time sleeping in them. The airconditioning is adequate, there's hot and cold water, towels were provided. Cabinets with hangers and a safe were there, there's one window for natural light and ventillation, pretty standard room.

What I hated was there were mosquitos in the room! I wasn't bitten, thank goodness for off lotion, but it was annoying how I can see mosquitos flying inside our room. It was also so distracting that I couldn't give this place 5 stats on my review.

It's still a great place, they have free breakfast buffet, they give juice when checking in at the reception. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They would always greet every guests! That was really nice.

Their buffet is just awesome. I can't find other words to describe it. But it was worth it even though the buffet isn't technically free because obviously we paid for the accommodation so the buffet is included in the fees. I still liked to think the breakfast buffet was free.

They also have a pool that didn't smell chlorine! We enjoyed swimming in it!

Patio Pacific is an amazing hotel with fabulous food, rooms, amenities and staff. I booked and stayed at Patio Pacific with my 2 young daughters for the whole duration of our stay in Boracay, totalling 25 days. Nov - Dec 2023. Patio, although not right on the water front, it's location is ideal. A two minute walk to white beach, station 1, and is also situated on the main road, where you will find a variety of stores and restaurants. The pool is large and inviting and comes with a large gym. The breakfast buffet is high quality and offers a variety of dishes, which differ every day. On a personal note, it is the staff that makes it all come together, with their friendliness and attention to detail. Thank you to The Guards who make you feel safe at all times, especially, children. James and Eric the managers Rooms personal, who do a magnificent job making each day feel like the first. Waiters Art, Mark, Alvin, Bhob and waitresses Karen and Elizabeth who do a great service attending your every need. The friendly chats with Alber the resource person was always a treat. Patio Pacific consists of two separate buildings: the main one, housing the front desk and pool, and another building just across the road.
