Sunvilla Boracay Hotel — Hotel in Malay

Good for tourists on a budget. Decent room, just enough for sleeping or resting when you get tired of touring around the island. I was just concerned about the security since anyone can enter the property. The door has double locks tho.

The room I got needs cleaning as it smells a little moldy (see photo that shows the ceiling) and under the bed there's a sign of termite. It was also behind Pamana restaurant's kitchen area, so you can hear a little noise from its staff when you're on the ground floor.

Many problems. Phone number listed on agoda wasnt correct, woman kept hanging up, 3rd time finally told us. Facebook listing correct but when called answered as a laundry (?)..man said to send bank deposit to a account number and screen shot it.thats our reservation receipt!!! Offered to let hold credit card for full amount and we would pay cash in full upon arrival but wouldn't do it....
