I didn't expect this place to be situated in a narrow road and it's dead-end. When I arrived I was then greeted and guided in their modest car park. However, they should have anticipated that their guest must have brought some luggage. So I did carry my heavy bag going to the reception area. They have friendly staffs anyway, so I shook off my nega vibes.
Check in was smooth. I paid via CC but they still asked me to deposit 1Thousand pesos as cashbond just in case of damages or extra expenses. (It was returned to me after I checked out)
I am in extreme awe as I finally get to see my villa; it's tidy and exemptionally beautiful, like I dont want to go out anymore coz the place itself is so relaxing esp. that I have my own private pool & jacuzzi. I just wish the latter has at least a heater, nevertheless, it excedes my expectation and I'm happy. However though at night, there was a family of cats at the rooftop and its newborn kittens kept on scratching & crying like I can hear them til 1am. I am just so tired to go out and ask the guard/attendant to check on it. I wish they had intercom.
The water heater in the shower & faucet worked in at least 3mins and then it turns to normal cold temp that I had to freeze in cold for 3mins or so after it gets back to my set temp.
Upon checking out, it rained hard and the reception & car park is at a distance in an open area so I waited till it slowed down a bit. I was in a hurry getting to my car that I didn't notice that beside where I parked, stands a sharp coral stone surrounding their plant (situated at the middle of their small parking area) and unfortunately I hit it and scratched my car which by the way is from a car rental so I ended up paying for the damage. Sigh! ๐
Overall, my experience was wonderful cause I got to own a beautiful villa at a very affordable cost compared to the past hotels I stayed before...

They were drilling from the start of our arrival. They advertise with "quietness and serenity" well, not even close. We did complain about it on day 1. They said that they would do something about it. We'll at day 2 nothing changed, it was even worse, they were working above our 'private' Villa location with grinding machines, and later on they started to drill again (even with writing this i get angry again). We did complain again, but also on our third day, there was little improvement. After complaining on booking.com, there was some recall from the management. A late checkout, 2000 pesos in return.
But there are some good things about this place. The breakfast was good, we had a trip on one of the days, we couldn't make it for the breakfast but they made us a takeaway sandwich, that was great. They rides from the resort to the main street and back...
