Guys! There is no such thing as a private beach. Per international law, beach is not land and cannot be bought. It is not included in cadastral map. Therefore, hotel can prohibit you from coming into green zone (actual land not sand) and using their chairs, but they can't restrain you from being at the beach in front of their property! You can swim here and spend all day on the sand! Read the laws! Even people in Tanzania know it, but Philippinos are yet to reach African level of knowledge...
