Starbucks Bonifacio Stop Over — Restaurant in Taguig

Me and my two friends) went to the said branch and bought three (3) drinks around 10:30 in the evening. We also stayed in the said place. One of my friends was working while me and the another friend was playing a boardgame.

Around 12:00, while we are doing our stuff (i.e., working and playing board game), unaware, our drinks were busted out by the staff.

We asked/confirmed with the staff and the manager if they have busted our drinks , to which they denied. We continued with our games. After 5 minutes, Shika, the manager, approached us and condenscendingly reprimanded us for playing boardgame in the store. She pointed out that SB does not allow playing board games. Please take note that we only occupied two tables and we were just minding our business with consideration of the other customers.

The management shoul remind Shika of one of the core values of connecting people with warmth to provide excellent service.

Hope this incident won't happen again to...

My fave Starbucks store whenever I'm at work. Until yesterday, OMG. I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato, even gave my cold cup (claimed from a diff store), paid, got the receipt (which i disposed immediately w/o checking smh). Then after few minutes, a barista called my name and handed me the drink. As I am running late from work, I just took a quick sip and left the store immediately. Got to the office, that's when I realized that something was wrong about this coffee. To my surprise, after a second sip, I just realized that my order is just pure milk and ice. WALANG KAPE. LASANG GATAS. PURONG GATAS AT YELO. Hindi na ko nagbalak bumalik sa store kasi hassle at wala na yung resibo ko. At ito pa, they still charged me 215 pesos kahit may cup akong dala. Hahaha omg milk and ice...

A Starbucks branch that is not as big and wide as a few are, but neither is it small and cramped like some.

It's the branch I normally go to recently. It's great for a quick tête-à-tête with friends.

There are instances though where the price of the Barista drink (Iced, white mocha, americano, no water, with breve milk) is NOT consistent even though no add ons are requested. When I asked the barista about a couple months ago, she said the prices went up. But the many times I ordered the same drink after that, the price was back at the same price I've always known! My friend had the same experience more than twice!

I'd better set it straight with them the next time I encounter the same discrepancy.
