Great Georgian Restaurant, friendly staff and excellent food journey. Georgia is a mountainous country sandwiched between Europe and Asia, where dinner guests are exalted as "gifts from God" and traditional feasts called supras. The good news is, you no longer have to board a flight to the Caucasus to have a supra. Georgian restaurants sprang up in NewYork and anywhere else so in Poznan. I tried the Georgia's Restaurant the distinctive orange wine, once known to only the savviest sommeliers, is now cropping up on wine lists across the country (some are even dubbing it the new rosé). Dont forget: This wine was the first wine in human history! Georgia is the origin of discovery and cultivation of wine. Also try the Black Nuts with cheese. Read moreNice place for a night out with friends if you have extra budget. The interior is not my style, but a little garden on the back is really lovely with fairy lights strung and charming atmosphere. We went there in a group of 5 and ordered Chmeli Suneli Grill, two kinds of dumplings, flat breads and some other starters to share which gave us a chance to sample of good portion the menu. Food was good and well spiced, but some dishes were unavailable, they had to substitute lamb from grill menu for other meat and run out of all basic wines, so we had to order something more expensive. Waitress was nice, but rather passive and she leaned v. close to one friend without a mask to point something on the menu. Overall a nice dinner, but average experience. We left the table not feeling quite full and paid around 90 EUR before the tip which is rather a lot for Poznań. I enjoyed the visit, but don't think...
Read moregood food, but unfortunately not so friendly stuff, because we were celebrating b-day of our classmate and we called before our reservation to ask about b-day cake, stuff said they didn’t have any cakes, only deserts, but they said that we can bring our only if we’ll give them bill from bakery, so we did it. no one said that after serving the cake we’ll pay for it and, of course, no one said that the price for serving the cake will be more than the price of the cake itself. when we were disappointed someone from administration (?) went to us and asked if anyone speak russian, then we started yelling at me and he was really rude(to understand more i’m 18 yo and he’s about 50 yo). so yeah, if you wanna wait for 1,5 hours for your food and a bad impression about georgians you...
